Reason for loosening of moving parts: Long term use or pipeline vibration can cause displacement of magnetic steel, pointers, counterweights, and other components. Solution: Verify by manually pushing the pointer: Press the pointer to the RP position and check if the output is 4mA and if the flow display is 0%; Verify sequentially according to the scale, and adjust the position of the components if they do not match; Professional personnel are required to operate, otherwise it needs to be returned to the factory for calibration.
